Recovery, Vision and Growth

I passionately believe that we are here to grow, honour our values and live a life of joy.

This is the direction I’m heading in myself and if you’re interested in heading in the same direction, I’ll be excited to accompany you.

  • Recovery: means being the one to break the cycle, to write a new story, to stop singing the family tune.
  • Vision means being sure where you’re heading, the trajectory you’re on, and what makes your heart sing.
  • Growth means leaving no stone unturned as you start the journey to expand your horizons.

All this you can do Now, this minute. There’s nothing stopping you but yourself.

Below, I’ve listed some of the programmes we offer that allow our clients to meet this aim. There’s an overarching plan to let go of the past, project your vision and take the necessary steps to achieve it.

Expansive Growth [8 months]

This is a personalised 1on1 programme that works on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. It removes the blocks that are getting in the way of you achieving your Vision and clears the way for you to achieve your dream. The results are quite extraordinary. You’ll find that what used to hold you back has gone and you become the person you were destined to be.

Burnout Recovery [3 months]

This is a focused 1on1 programme takes you from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and out of control, to a point of self-assurance, certainty and a feeling that you are in control. The beauty is that as soon as you start changing your priorities, you’ll find that previously insurmountable problems look different and are easier to resolve.

Anxiety / Mental FitnessMasterclass [8 sessions]

For these, I join with Jan Brooke of Holistic Hideaway in Lyndhurst, who adds a wealth of mindfulness and health expertise. This is a good solution for individuals and teams. You can expect to be fully in control of being resolute and calm. You’ll also understand the physiology of anxiety, including panic attacks, and realise the benefits of being in charge.

Trauma Release [3 sessions]

Humans are designed to cope with difficult situations, but when it’s sudden, shocking and stops you in your tracks, you’ll get flashbacks and PSTD. “Small t trauma” refers to Adverse Childhood Experiences, the worst of which haunt people for their whole lives. Trauma is stored in the body causing health and behavioural issues and it does need to be cleared. This is actually a lovely experience that unhooks the emotions on the event. Afterwards, you’re free from the anguish and find you can still remember only now you think of it calmly and rationally.

Recovery 101 [5 sessions]

This is where people need to cope with something and not just talk about it. We do what needs to be done so clients recover and move on. The wins are rapid and permanent.
