Team Accelerator is a lively, interactive session. Each participant receives their Personal Profile Report* and begins to understand the best way for them to create value and trust within their team.
Often at this stage participants start to have real ‘aha’ moments about why certain relationships in the team are inhibiting performance. They also begin to appreciate each other’s skills and approaches.
By the end of the session, participants have an enhanced understanding of their own Profile and where they are most in flow, the role of others in the team and their flow patterns and how to work together to build Trust.
Team Accelerator delivers a high level of insight into how the team can operate much more efficiently. It is also a great energiser for a team on an away-day.
